Tips for Diet

Best Diet Tip No. 1: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.

People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.
"If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories," says Cynthia Sass, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

Best Diet Tip No. 2: Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.

Start by focusing on getting the recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetableseach day.
"It sounds like a lot, but it is well worth it, because at the same time you are meeting your fiber goals and feeling more satisfied from the volume of food," says chef Laura Pansiero, RD.
You're also less likely to overeat because fruits and vegetables displace fat in the diet. And that's not to mention the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. More than 200 studies have documented the disease-preventing qualities of phytochemicals found in produce, says Pansiero.
Her suggestion for getting more: Work vegetables into meals instead of just serving them as sides on a plate.
"I love to take seasonal vegetables and make stir-fries, frittatas, risotto, pilafs, soups, or layer on sandwiches," Pansiero says. "It is so easy to buy a variety of vegetables and incorporate them into dishes."

Best Diet Tip No. 3: Consider whether you're really hungry.

Whenever you feel like eating, look for physical signs of hunger, suggests Michelle May, MD, author of Am I Hungry?
"Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel, so when a craving doesn't come from hunger, eating will never satisfy it," she says.
When you're done eating, you should feel better -- not stuffed, bloated, or tired.
"Your stomach is only the size of your fist, so it takes just a handful of food to fill it comfortably," says May.
Keeping your portions reasonable will help you get more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness.

Best Diet Tip No. 4: Be choosy about nighttime snacks.

Mindless eating occurs most frequently after dinner, when you finally sit down and relax.
"Sitting down with a bag of chips or cookies in front of the television is an example of eating amnesia, where you mindlessly eat without being hungry, but out of habit," says American Dietetic Association spokesperson Malena Perdomo, RD.
Either close down the kitchen after a certain hour, or allow yourself a low-calorie snack, like a 100-calorie pack of cookies or a half-cup scoop of low-fat ice cream. Once you find that you're usually satisfied with the low-cal snack, try a cup of zero-calorie tea, suggests Perdomo.

Merdeka

Hari Merdeka (Independence Day) is a national day of Malaysia commemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya from British colonial rule in 1957, celebrated on August 31 each year.

The effort for independence was spearheaded by Tunku Abdul Rahman, the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, who led a delegation of ministers and political leaders of Malaya in negotiations with the British in London for Merdeka, or independence along with the first president of the Malayan Chinese Association (MCA) Tun Dato Sir Tan Cheng Lock and fifth President of Malaysian Indian Congress Tun V.T. Sambanthan. Once it became increasingly clear that the Communist threat posed during the Malayan Emergency was petering out, agreement was reached on February 8, 1956, for Malaya to gain independence from the British Empire. However, for a number of logistical and administrative reasons, it was decided that the official proclamation of independence would only be made the next year, on August 31, 1957, at Stadium Merdeka (Independence Stadium), in Kuala Lumpur.

August 31, 1957

On the night of August 30, 1957, crowds gathered at the Royal Selangor Club Padang in Kuala Lumpur to witness the handover of power from the British. Prime Minister-designate Tunku Abdul Rahman arrived at 11:58 pm and joined members of the Alliance Party's youth divisions in observing two minutes of darkness. On the stroke of midnight, the lights were switched back on, and the Union Flag in the square was lowered. The new Flag of Malaya was raised as the national anthem Negaraku was played. This was followed by seven chants of 'Merdeka' by the crowd.[1][2] Tunku Abdul Rahman gave a speech hailing the ceremony as "greatest moment in the life of the Malayan people".[1]
On the morning of Saturday, August 31, 1957, the festivities moved to the newly-completed Merdeka Stadium. More than 20,000 people witnessed the ceremony, which began at 9:30 am. Those in attendance included rulers of the Malay states, foreign dignitaries, members of the federal cabinet and citizens. The Queen's representative, the Duke of Gloucester presented Tunku Abdul Rahman with the instrument of independence. Tunku then proceeded to read the Proclamation of Independence, which culminated in the chanting of 'Merdeka' seven times with the crowd joining in. The ceremony continued with the raising of the National Flag of Malaya accompanied by the national anthem being played and a 21-gun salute, followed by an azan call and a thanksgiving prayer in honor of this great occasion.

Attendees

The foreign guests of honour included:
Members of royal families
Heads of government
Representatives from other British colonies
Members of the former British colonial administration

The formation of Malaysia

The Federation of Malaysia, comprising the States of MalayaNorth Borneo (later renamed Sabah), Sarawak and Singapore was to be officially declared on the date August 31, 1963, on the 6th anniversary of Malayan independence. However, it was postponed to September 16, 1963, mainly due to Indonesian and the Philippines' opposition to the formation of Malaysia. Nevertheless, North Borneo and Singapore declared sovereignty on August 31, 1963. Indonesian opposition later escalated to a military conflict. Indonesia considered Malaysia as a new form of colonization on the provinces of Sarawak and Sabah in the island of Borneo (bordering Kalimantan, Indonesia), which they laid claim on. [4] To assure Indonesia that Malaysia was not a form of neo-colonialism, a referendum, organized by the United Nations, and the Cobbold Commission, led by Lord Cobbold, were formed to determine whether the people of Sabah and Sarawak wished to join Malaysia. Their eventual findings which indicated substantial support for Malaysia among the peoples of Sabah and Sarawak, cleared the way for the final proclamation of Malaysia.
The formation of the Federation of Malaysia was then announced on September 16, 1963 as Malaysia Day. The nationwide Independence Day celebration is still held on August 31, the original independence date of Malaya, while Malaysia Day was a public holiday only in East Malaysia. However, this has caused some minor discontent among East Malaysians in particular since it has been argued that celebrating the national day on August 31 is too Malaya-centric.[5][6][7] In 2009, it was decided that starting 2010, Malaysia Day would be a nationwide public holiday in addition

The 2012 theme has proven to be controversial, as it is seen by many Malaysians to be a political slogan rather than a patriotic one. The official "logo" was also ridiculed for its unconventional design. A video of the theme song uploaded on YouTube (with lyrics penned by Rais Yatim) has garnered an overwhelming number of "dislikes" because of its overtly political content, which had nothing to do with the spirit of independence.[9]

Erti Sebuah Persahabatan

1. Kawan tu bukan macam main FUTSAL.
Mula-mula kejar… Dah dapat sepak…
2. Kawan tu bukan macam main SKATE.
Mula-mula gosok…Lepas tu pijak…
3. Kawan tu bukan mcm main RAGBI.
Mula-mula tangkap…Dah dapat tendang…
4. Kawan tu bukan mcm PAMPERS.
Dah pakai pastu buang…
5. Kawan tu bknnya mcm BARANG KEMAS.
Waktu baru beli pakai…Dah sengkek gadai…
6. Kawan tu bukan macam PELANGI.
Hari cerah hilang…Hujan gerimis baru muncul…
7. Kawan tu bukan macam KERETA.
Rosak sikit jual …Beli baru…
8. Kawan tu bukan macam CHIPSMORE .
Kejap ade kejap takde…
9. Kawan tu bukan macam BANK.
Bila dah takde duit baru nak cari…

Now Erti Yg sebenar
Ade tak yg pernah terpikir...ape itu sebenarnya sebuah persahabatan Untk Kita? Ade yg akn kata "teman" . Mmg lah teman...ade kategori jugekkk....Teman Hidup...Teman sepermainan...and macam2 lagi. Ade lak menganggap Persahabatan nie mcm sebuah permainan untk Diorg. Seriously? Korang mmg Pikir mcm tu ke? Nak cari yg betul...atau sebetul2 nya Sahabat tu ssh...nk berkongsi cerita Suka dan duka. Zaman Now semua leh kata diorg tu sahabat kita...Topeng ade yg benar2 Jujur Pown ada. cuma kita kena berusaha mencari Yg Sebenarnya.
Zaman Dulu boleh lah lagi ada bnyk org yg btol2 jujur. Zaman Now? ade? jarang ade lah. Banyak yang diketahui yang kawan makan kawan, Buang kawan, Tikam Belakang anf Etc. Untk yang buat tu maybe normal lah untk diorg. Tapi macam mana yg kena tu lak? ade Pikir? Engkau tidak tahu yang kau buang tu kemungkinan kawan sebenar kau hingga akhir hayat. Ludah sesuka hati.
Mendoakan sahabat baik semasa hayatnya ataupun matinya.

You and the end of summer and the dreams of the future
And our big hope, I won't forget them.
I believe that we will meet
In August 10 years later.
The best memories...

Our meeting was made in a moment at the intersection walking home.
You called out to me, didn't you? "Let's go home together."
While I embarrassedly hid my face with my bag,
In truth, I was very, very happy.

Ah, the way the fireworks beautifully bloom in the sky is a bit lonely.
Ah, the wind flows along with time.

So happy, having so much fun, we had so many adventures
Inside the secret base that belonged to the two of us.

You and the end of summer and the dreams of the future
And our big hope, I won't forget them.
I believe that we will meet in August 10 years later.
I knew that you screamed "Thank You" from the bottom of your heart till the very end.
A goodbye when you hold back your tears and smile is lonely, isn't it.
The best memories...

I knew that you screamed "Thank You"
From the bottom of your heart till the very end.
A goodbye when you hold back your tears and smile is lonely, isn't it.
The best memories...

So sad, so lonely, we had so many fights
Inside the secret base that belonged to the two of us.

You and the end of summer and the dreams of the future
And our big hope, I won't forget them.
I believe that we will meet in August 10 years later.
I knew that you screamed "Thank You" from the bottom of your heart till the very end.
A goodbye when you hold back your tears and smile is lonely, isn't it.

Small Steps, Medium...and Largee Step { T. I.N.G }

In life we often heard. Smaller steps becomes Bigger ones.

We kids often looks at the most pretties, awesomeness and Epic things to show off. Lol

In our time, i have to say it was a fun year hahaha. right? imaging we were the first to play LEGO.
First to see PS1 and etc. Just a small step on us. Really small
Then comes to the middle / Medium steps.
HIGH SCHOOL ....a place of joy and...well...well..u know the rest urself hahahaha.
