Having a friend boosts your health, but in choosing them who make you feel positive increases the benefits in u
1. Tap into how you feel :-
Nobody is all positive or all negative. But there are people you tend to feel more positive around. Use that as your barometer and keep track. when spending time with them, pay attention to ur gut reaction afterwards. Are u feeling drained or upset? To help u keep track, i suggest taking a moment when u get home to write down that your mood id when around them.
For two month...well maybe more maybe u would know what kind of feeling ur having around them.
2. Get to know yourself :-
While it's great to gather with positive friend, it's also cathartic to vent with other in similar life situations. But if you're all just complaining and nothing is changing, it's not healthy. Make sure you're not projecting. Are your friend negative or just maybe your doing all those complaining? Considering the answer to these question can yourself to decide if you want to confront them and risk their getting mad, or you could just lessen contact and let the relationship fade naturally.
To know what qualities you want in a friend, do some soul searching. Ask yourself : 'what are my top five values in life?' if u like outdoor adventure, for example look for a friend that would help u together to explore that by joining them at canoes and everything that includes outdoor.
3.Join a Group :-
Sometimes your hobbies can lead into supportive friendship. check out local newspaper and websites to find a group or class for something for u to enjoy. U may encounter with someone who has the same head and hobbies like you. It will make u much more better when to be wiith them so you dont have to be akward at all with ppl that has the same head as u.
4. ....as they one - on - one
Your not into group? then look for individual interactions instead. Set a small goal, such as having coffee with one new person and pick up on cues. if someone suggests going for a lunch sometimes, Set a date. Just make sure he/she not a rapist or something. As u know how the world has turned now.
5. Don't Be afraid to be honest
If your feeling disappointed by ur friend. Dont hesitate to be honest with them. Tell them ur feelings, Example tell her what support you want on your tough times in your lives. While your friend may need to be left alone, you may crave for a phone call. Sometimes Friendship can withstand those conversations and sometimes they can't. With some Friend you laugh and have fun at the movies together and that can be enough. With other's, you treasure them for your deep connection.
But Since the world changing, i dont there's any to be called friend to us anymore dont they. The "True" friend are there. Somewhere deep inside. We just dint try very hard to find it yet. I found Mine in a millions year from now on. How bout yourself?

Eleven Hints for Life
1. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return.
But what is more painful is to love someone and never
find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
2. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who
means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was
never meant to be and you just have to let go.
3. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a
porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away
feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
4. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose
it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been
missing until it arrives.
5. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an
hour to like someone, and a day to love someone-but it
takes a lifetime to forget someone.
6. Don't go for looks, they can deceive. Don't go for wealth,
even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you
smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day
seem bright.
7. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go,
be what you want to be. Because you have only one life and
one chance to do all the things you want to do.
8. Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it
hurts you, it probably hurts the person too.
9. A careless word may kindle strife. A cruel word may wreck
a life. A timely word may level stress. But a loving word may
heal and bless.
10. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best
of everything they just make the most of everything that comes
along their way.
11. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with
a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone
around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die,
you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying.
